UI/UX Designer

Responsiblities

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Develop UI mockups, prototypes, and layouts using tools like Figma to illustrate site functionality and appearance.
• Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and consistent user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Design and refine user interfaces for SaaS and web applications.
• Develop and implement user-centric designs to enhance user flow, accessibility, and engagement.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to create innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Work with the marketing team to design promotional products, marketing materials, social media and advertisement cards, banners, and internal office projects.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors, Diploma, Masters

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Advertising Agency, Design/Printing/Publishing, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Interior Design, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup, Online Retail Startup

Additional Requirements

• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in typography and color theory principles.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Strong understanding of interaction design and the ability to create smooth user interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions.
• A keen eye for detail and precision in all aspects of design.
• A team player but can work independently too.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
