About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and internal systems.
• Build and maintain custom Odoo applications for publication on the Odoo App Store.
• Analyze, debug, and resolve technical issues in Odoo implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed modules and integrations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Odoo development.
• Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and ORM concepts.
• Experience in Odoo module development, customization, and use of Odoo APIs.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML for frontend modifications.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and structured approach to coding.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Linux/Ubuntu environments.
• Knowledge of Docker or other deployment tools.
• Understanding of core Odoo business modules (CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Sales, HR, etc.).
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
