Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for CodersBucket’s SaaS products and services.
• Content Creation: Plan and create engaging content for social media, website, and blog posts that reflect the company’s tone and goals.
• Social Media Management: Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X — schedule posts, engage with followers, and build audience growth.
• Paid Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta to drive traffic, awareness, and lead generation.
• SEO & Website Optimization: Conduct keyword research, apply SEO best practices, and collaborate with developers to improve rankings and performance.
• Email Marketing: Create newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows for lead nurturing and customer retention.
• Lead Generation: Run targeted outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools (Snov.io, HubSpot) to attract qualified leads.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance using GA4, GTM, Search Console, and Meta tools; prepare weekly reports with insights and suggestions.
• Market Research: Research competitors, digital trends, and audience behavior to support ongoing marketing decisions.
• Client & Product Presentations: Prepare and deliver marketing presentations, product demos, and reports to clients and internal teams.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with company objectives.
• Innovation: Explore new AI tools, automation, and creative ideas to make marketing more efficient and impactful.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns.
• Familiar with SEO tools, GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms (HubSpot/Snov.io).
• Strong communication and writing skills in English.
• Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or Figma).
• Passion for AI tools, automation, and modern marketing technology is a plus.
