We’re hiring a Web Developer who is strong in WordPress and comfortable working with Next.js / React. If you can build fast, write clean code, and use AI tools like Cursor or Copilot in your daily workflow, this role is for you.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and customize WordPress websites, themes, and plugins
- Maintain and improve existing WordPress projects
- Build responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Work on Next.js / React-based frontend components when required
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect implementations
- Integrate APIs and third-party services
- Optimize performance, security, and SEO
- Debug issues and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with team members to deliver projects efficiently
- Use AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot etc.) as part of daily workflow
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in web development
- Strong experience in WordPress (theme & plugin development)
- Good knowledge of PHP for WordPress customization
- Solid skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Working experience with React or Next.js
- Experience converting Figma designs into code
- Understanding of API integration
- Familiarity with Git/version control
- Basic understanding of SEO and performance optimization
- Good communication and teamwork
AI Development
- Hands-on experience using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar tools
- Ability to write, debug, and optimize code using AI assistance
- Understands how to validate and refine AI-generated code
- Comfortable working in an AI-first development workflow
Nice to Have
- Experience with Shopify or eCommerce projects
- Familiarity with Elementor, Avada, or similar builders
- Basic knowledge of deployment, hosting, or AWS
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals
