Job Responsibilities:
– Create and edit motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content for various platforms.
– Create engaging motion graphics for social media, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
– Animate branding elements, typography, and visual assets.
– Adapt static designs into dynamic motion content.
– Develop product promotional videos and explainer animations.
– Edit promotional videos, reels, and corporate presentations with high aesthetic and technical standards.
– Ensure smooth transitions, proper timing, and high-quality animations.
– Collaborate with creative, marketing, and design teams to translate creative briefs and brand concepts into dynamic visual stories.
– Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas, visual themes, and design strategies.
– Ensure all visual materials align with the brand identity and maintain consistency across different platforms.
– Create blog feature images for websites and digital products.
– Apply knowledge of UI/UX design and website prototyping when required.
– Stay updated with modern motion design trends, software tools, animation techniques, and innovative digital formats.
Requirements:
– 4+ years of professional experience in Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
– Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, graphic design, animation, and video editing skills.
– Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, color, layout, and branding.
– Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing tools.
– Good understanding of social media content formats and digital advertising creatives.
– Knowledge of UI/UX design and website prototyping is a plus.
– Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
– Ability to transform ideas and concepts into visually engaging content.
– Ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
– Passion for learning and staying updated with current design and motion trends.
General Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, ICT, or a related field.
– Creative, self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
– Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
– Able to commit to assigned responsibilities and project deadlines.
