Responsiblities

• Planning out detailed software projects, which include the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, communication strategies, tests case and maintenance plan.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
• Discussing potential projects and it’s parameters with clients, manager and software developers.
• Tracking on going tasks for different developers and keep update each and every task for clients.
• Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
• Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
• Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products’ performance.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Develop, implement and track project performance goals. Communicate progress against deliverables

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT Project Management, Manage Project, Technical Lead (Software)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny, IT Enabled Service, Software Company

Additional Requirements

• Age 24 to 32 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• One year or more of experience in working as a Project Manager in a software development company / team.
• Professional experience managing projects using Agile methodologies.
• Thorough understanding of the software development life-cycle.
• Strong Interpersonal, Analytical skills.
• Ability to write clear fully detailed documents such as feature lists, meeting reports, handover docs, etc. Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work-streams & activities.
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction while benefiting the company.
• Clear Understanding of web based software development & mobile application development process to communicate with developers all the time.
• Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
• Advanced organizational/time management and project management skills and multitasking abilities.
